Adapt Target Marketing LLC is an Illinois limited liability company in good standing, organized in 2020 and managed by its sole member.
These terms apply to every purchase made from Adapt Target Marketing LLC and the brands it operates.
By purchasing a product or service from Adapt Target Marketing LLC or any brand it operates, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase, and at least 21 years old to purchase admission to any event we produce. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are charged at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in which case you are refunded in full.
Services are delivered as described on the brand's own website. Products ship to addresses within the United States. We do not sell, rent, or trade customer information.

We collect only the information needed to deliver what you bought and to contact you about it: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping address.
Card payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance.
